All sales are final as all items are described honestly and accurately. If for some reason I have made an error, misled, or described an item incorrectly that caused you the customer to not be satisfied, I will do my best to rectify the problem. Refunds or shipping insurance claims reimbursements will be at the discretion of Shawn's Stuff and will be handled fairly.
